In early 2010, Paradise Creek Brewery was born in Pullman’s Old Post Office building at 245 SE Paradise St. Our ales were crafted in the remodeled basement on a seven-barrel brew house. We poured much of the beer out of our own taps but we also were distributed throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho in kegs and bottles. From the long-time favorite Pokerface Blonde, the citrus-hoppy Over the Hop IPA to our creamy and roasty MooJoe Coffee Milk Stout, the variety of seasonal and perennial ales flowing from our taps will thrill the most demanding of craft beer seekers. We soon added additional fermenters and a small bottler in the basement of the Old Post Office to keep up with demand.
